You get a cluster that is already wired: GitOps in place, Kubernetes configured, domains pointed, certificates issued, and the application catalogue ready to draw from. Not a template you clone and spend a quarter hardening — the hardening is the product.
What you do not get is a person. This is infrastructure, not a managed service with someone on the other end of a ticket. For teams that want the applications running without hiring for DevOps first, that trade is usually the right one. For teams that need hands-on operations, it is honestly not — and we would rather say so up front.
