We work where things are still unknown: meaning inside data, structure inside graphs, navigation across difficult domains, digital copies of physical reality. We build our own projects and take them to the point where they can actually be used — with the integrations, and without a slide deck standing in for a product.
How we work
Experiment without discipline turns into chaos. Discipline without experiment turns into a swamp. We hold the balance so that research reaches something that runs.
We take on problems that need thinking, measuring and experimenting — and that still have to stay alive in production a year later.
What we are drawn to
Multimodal problems, where text, images and signals have to add up to a single picture. Navigation, where a person can find the right answer without already knowing the right question.
Graphs, where connectedness solves the problem better than a list. And measurement, where reality can be captured and modelled before anyone has to decide anything.
What we use on ourselves
DevOps, MLOps and observability are not a service line for us — they are how our own systems get shipped, rolled back, measured and improved without drama.
Architecture is how we draw the map of risk in advance, so that nobody has to run at a fire with a bucket later.
