Machines by Naasson
One core for a machine tool, a vehicle and a drone
We design and model machines: the axes and spindle of a machine tool, the traction and high-voltage battery of an electric vehicle, the flight volume of a drone. One description brings together mechanics, electrics, safety and control.
Machines nest inside each other: a CNC cell inside a rolling mill, vehicles and drones inside a container port. These are reference models for design, not series products.
What's inside
Machine tools
A four-axis CNC cell: axes, spindle, safety controller, metrology.
Vehicles
Chassis, traction, a high-voltage battery with contactors and BMS.
Drones
A quadcopter with a geofenced flight volume and flight-log comparison.
Compositions
A machine inside a site: a machine tool in a workshop, a vehicle in a port.
What you get
- A machine model covering mechanics, electrics and safety
- References to the applicable standards
- Simulation checks before manufacturing
- A basis for design documentation
