Space by Naasson
A 3D model of the object, down to the millimetre
A spatial model of the object: equipment layout down to the millimetre, mass and centre of gravity, clash and reach checks, bill of materials.
The model exports to glTF and opens in the browser. For surveying real rooms — LiDAR where millimetres matter and cameras where continuity matters more.
What's inside
Layout
Equipment and walkways placed to the millimetre.
Mass and centre of gravity
For containers, racks and transport.
Clashes and reach
Checking that everything fits and everything can be reached.
Bill of materials
Materials list and weld schedules from the same model.
Room surveys
LiDAR and cameras for digital copies of real spaces.
What you get
- A 3D model that opens in the browser
- Clash checks before installation
- Mass, centre of gravity and bill of materials
- One model for design and purchasing

A 2–5% error, and when that is enough
Automated bulk volume measurement does not replace scales. It gives continuity, and continuity is usually worth more than the precision of a one-off count.
LiDAR or ordinary cameras: accuracy is not what decides
Laser scanning gives millimetres, a ceiling camera gives continuity. These are different jobs, and confusing them is expensive.
