About the project

You are launching a new brand. Or rebranding. Or moving into a new segment. Usually this means long debates about colors, fonts, tone of voice — all decided "by feel", without a systemic approach. The result often feels inconsistent, and the decisions are hard to explain. Archetypes Digital unites all of this into a single system. A knowledge base of 800+ branding elements organized around 12 archetypes. Tools for working with color, typography, and tone of voice. A brand-building framework with strategy visualization. And ready prompts for neural networks — so you can quickly generate content aligned with your archetype. The project is fully free, multilingual (EN/RU, with more than 10 languages planned) and already available at archetypes.digital. We keep growing the base and are preparing a long-read about the methodology.

At the core of the project is a systematized branding knowledge base, organized around Jung's 12 archetypes: 12 brand archetypes: Caregiver, Creator, Explorer, Hero, Innocent, Jester, Lover, Magician, Orphan, Ruler, Sage, Rebel Each archetype includes 10 categories of elements:

Systemic approach

The knowledge base is a graph of connections between elements, where every color, font, and tone of voice has a psychological rationale and is verified for coherence with the archetype.

Brand-building framework

The project includes visualization of the brand-building methodology: Hero's Journey Circle — the hero's journey in the context of branding, showing the stages of a brand's development from the ordinary world to transformation Strategy Pyramid (Why-How-What) — Simon Sinek's strategy pyramid, adapted for brand building WOW Verticals — 4 branding verticals (Words, Objects, Works) that show how an archetype manifests across different spheres Transformation Rules — rules for archetype transformation, showing how a brand can evolve from one archetype into another through intermediate states Perfect Storm — visualization of the "perfect storm" for a brand: a combination of archetype, colors, shapes, tone of voice, and other elements that creates the greatest impact Every element of the framework is interactive and lets you experiment with different combinations, seeing the result in real time.
