About Naasson
Naasson is a research engineering studio. We work where uncertainty begins: meaning in data, connections in graphs, navigation across complex domains, digital copies of reality. We build our own projects and take them to a state where they can be used in real work, fully integrated and beyond the slide deck.
«We build systems that work, scale, and stay alive a year later. This is our approach to every project.» — Naasson philosophy

How we are organized
We run our own R&D work and our own projects. We take on tasks where you need to think, measure, experiment, and keep production alive. Where structure, boundaries, and discipline matter — pace is set by the quality of the solution alongside the release date. We love multimodal tasks — where text, images, and signals come together into one picture. We love navigation — where the user can find the right answer without knowing the right query. We love graphs — where connectedness solves the task better than a linear list. And we love digitizations — where reality can be measured, modeled, and then decisions can be made calmly.

Experiment without discipline drifts into chaos. Discipline without experiment drifts into stagnation. We keep the balance so research reaches a working result.
Competencies (that we use ourselves)
DevOps, MLOps, and Observability are in our bloodstream. We apply them so our own systems can be deployed, rolled back, measured, and improved without fuss. Including private frontend monitoring on Grafana/Faro, where data stays inside your infrastructure under your control. Architecture for us is a way to draw the risk map ahead of time, so you don't have to run around with a bucket putting out fires later. We look at where complexity is piling up in the system and set boundaries before it becomes expensive.
Engineering navigation (consulting)
Sometimes a project needs an outside view: rights, licenses, documentation, boundaries of responsibility, production launch plan, attractiveness portrait for investors. We can put this together quickly and leave artifacts behind — risk maps, checkpoints, architecture diagrams, decisions with reasoning.

In short
We build navigators through complex worlds and know how to keep them alive. If this style of work resonates with you — let's start with a short conversation and a map.
