About the project

You chat with a client in Telegram. Then you switch to a CRM to add them to the database. Then back to Telegram to reply. Then into the CRM to update the deal status. Sound familiar? This is the classic small-business problem: more time goes into switching between systems than into the work itself. Compact CRM removes those switches. Everything client-related lives right inside Telegram. Simple interfaces, no training curve, only the features you actually use. It works where you already spend your time. Traditional CRM systems are built for large companies. They take time to learn, require training, and carry features that stay unused. They pull you through constant context shifts: the client chat sits in one place, the CRM sits in another. And they cost a lot for small teams who really want simplicity.

How it works

Compact CRM integrates directly into Telegram. You chat with a client as usual, add them to the database with a single command, and everything gets linked automatically: conversations, tasks, statuses. You manage all of it right in the chat, with zero switching. The client database updates with one tap. The conversation history connects automatically to the client card — copying and manual transfer disappear from your day. Tasks and reminders live inside the messenger, so callbacks and proposals stay on your radar. The sales funnel runs right in the chat, where you can see deal statuses without opening extra tabs. Quick replies through templates for common questions save time on every message.

The project uses the Telegram Bot API for interaction, a minimalist interface with only the needed features, fast data synchronisation, and export and backup capabilities. Everything runs through simple commands — focused forms that cover what the work truly requires.
